Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Carefully place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
